Décret du 9 juillet 1913 portant promulgation du Code Pénal

Decree of July 9 1913 promulgating the Penal Code to which all amendments are attached until August 6 2011. The Penal Code no longer refers to the offense of terrorism since a specialized law on terrorism was adopted in 2003. However, the first title of the second book of this law refers to attacks on public order.
