Ley aduanera, DOF 1995

In 2002 the Customs Law, in Article 7, was amended. The reform aims to control the entry of individuals into Mexico. Also, companies carrying explosive goods and firearms will now have to alert the customs authorities to the arrival of such products on Mexican territory.
