In Article 4 (10) of the Law of the National Commission on Banks and Values, amended in 2014, a provision is now made which allows the Commission to place external and independent auditors and professionals in the task of verifying That the entities and persons subject to the Commission comply with the provisions on the prevention, detection and denunciation of acts and operations which could constitute criminal offenses within the meaning of, in particular, Article 139 of the Federal Penal Code on terrorism.
