Ley federal contra la delincuencia organizada

The Federal Act Against Organized Crime sets out rules related to the investigation, search, punishment and execution of sentences for offenders who are part of organized crime. The law is reformed in 2016 to sanction the mere fact of organizing for the purpose of committing a terrorist act.
