Ministry of the Interior, 10 December 2003, Law No. 2003-75 on the Support of International Counter-Terrorism and Anti-Money Laundering Efforts. This law was adopted following the international trend of adopting terrorism laws following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. It defined, among other things, terrorist activity and the penalties attached to such activities. This law is now repealed as superseded by Organic Law No. 2015-26.
