The Government Response to the Report by David Anderson Q.C. on Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures in 2014

Le gouvernement accepte la plupart des recommandations de David Anderson sauf deux : 1) the proposal that the Home Secretary should be required on review to persuade a court on the balance of probabilities that a TPIM subject was involved in terrrorism, and 2) a statutory bar to the use as evidence of information given during compulsory deradicalisation interviews (appointment measures).
