Cet article tente de démontrer qu’Israël, au cours de son histoire, à modifier son approche quant aux considérations accordées au droit international. L’auteur met en contraste l’approche utilitariste qu’avait Israël quant au respect du droit international au début de son existence et son approche actuelle qui est influencée par de plus importantes considérations de sécurité nationale.
