Presidency of the Government, March 9 2016, Government Decree No. 2016-338 of March 9 2016, establishing a General Committee of Martyrs and the Wounded of the Revolution and Terrorist Operations and fixing its terms of reference. This decree created a committee with the same name, whose main mission is to ensure the care of martyrs or victims of terrorist acts in relation to the benefits from the legislation and regulations in force.
